C3 10 Year Anniversary Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
Participants must have a valid passport to claim the prize.
Participants must have a valid visa to enter the USA.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of C3 Pure Fibre, its affiliate companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prizes
Prize 1: 2 round trip tickets to see the Miami Dolphins play the Buffalo Bills on 12th September, 2024 in Miami, FL. This includes flights, event tickets and accommodation at a hotel.
Prize 2: 2 round trip tickets to see Justin Timberlake live in concert on 7th October, 2024 in Brooklyn, NY. This includes flights, event tickets and accommodation at a hotel.

Promotion Period
The entry period for the giveaway will be announced on the C3 Pure Fibre social media channels
3 week promotion: May 29th – June 21st, 2024

How to Enter
Social Media Engagement: Participants receive 1 entry for each tag, comment, and share of the official Giveaway social media post.
New Sign-Ups: Participants receive 25 entries for signing up with C3 Pure Fibre.
Existing Customers: Participants receive 50 entries automatically.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The first selected winner will get their choice of prize, the second selected winner will be awarded the second prize.
The winners will be contacted on 26th June

Claiming the Prize
Winners that are contacted must claim their prize within one week of the announcement and provide all required details requested by the promoter.
If a prize is not claimed within 2 business days, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions
Prizes are not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Prizes can be transferred or reassigned to another person up until 6 weeks before the scheduled travel time.
All travel arrangements will be made by C3 Pure Fibre or its designated travel agency.

General Conditions
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of C3 Pure Fibre, which are final and binding.
C3 Pure Fibre reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
C3 Pure Fibre is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or other issues that may arise related to the prizes.

Liability Release
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless C3 Pure Fibre, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy
Participants’ personal information collected during the C3 Pure Fibre 10 Year Anniversary Giveaway raffle will be used in accordance with C3 Pure Fibre’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

Governing Law
This giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which C3 Pure Fibre operates.
