C3 Refer-A-Friend: Terms & Conditions

By participating in C3’s Refer-A-Friend programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligible entrants
Entry to the promotion is open to Grand Cayman Islands residents who fulfill the method of entry requirements. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

Details of prizes
Referees will receive up to $50 credit on their account for any new customers that signs up with C3 Pure Fibre starting 1st August, 2024.
Referrers will receive a credit to the amount of their monthly contracted payment. For example, if your monthly contracted amount is $74.00, you will receive a credit of $50.00. Credit is not refundable as cash. New customers must have an activated contract prior to credit being applied to the Referrer account. New customers must mention the referees username as the referrer code in order to be eligible and are subject to C3’s 24 Month Contract Terms and Conditions.

Total number of prizes
Referees will receive $50 credit on their account for every new customer they refer.

As a member of the C3 Pure Fibre Refer-a-Friend Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to following the below Terms & Conditions for C3 Pure Fibre Refer-a-Friend Program:

Qualified Referral
Referrers will receive up to $50 CI credit on their C3 Pure Fibre account for every NEW customer who signs up to a 24 month contract from 1 August 2024. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase made at www.c3.ky, by a person or via phone (a “Referred Customer”). As a Referrer, you are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Referred Customer
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must complete an order on www.c3.ky, by person or phone and must not have shopped at C3 Pure Fibre before to earn Referral Credits.

Referral Discounts
For each Qualified Referral, the Referred Customer will receive up to $50 credit on his/her C3 Pure Fibre account. Referral credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used on previous purchases. Each individual Referrer can only obtain a maximum of 20 Qualified Referrals.

Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites.

Right to Close Accounts
C3 Pure Fibre reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the C3 Pure Fibre Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
C3 Pure Fibre reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Credits will be forfeited at that time.
